Six Ways to Win the Battle Against Inflammation

What is inflammation: Inflammation, in simple terms, is the body’s natural response to safeguard itself against harm, by removing foreign elements from your body so the healing process can begin.  It can be caused by a wide range of things from stress, illness, drinking alcohol, and even working out.
